Earlier today a South Sudan flight leaving its oilfield airport crashed after takeoff. The flight was bound for Juba when it crashed, killing 20 people onboard and leaving only a single person that survived. Passengers aboard worked for the Greater Pioneer Operating Company (GPOC). Reuters reported that President Salva Kiir promised a swift and thorough investigation of the crash.
