Earlier this week, Icelandair announced they will be beginning service nonstop from Reykjavik to Miami, Florida. The service will consist of a Reykjavik to Miami flight three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; while the turn flights from Miami to Reykjavik will be on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. This flight service connecting the southeastern U.S. to Europe will be seasonal and only operated from October 2025 to March 2026.
Connecting passengers from Miami to Reykjavik is roughly an 8 hour journey on Icelandair and will span 3,664 miles.
