The Board of Directors for Delta Airlines will soon welcome its newest member. Effective February 7th, 2025, Judith McKenna will join the Delta Airlines’ Board of Directors. Judith was previous the CEO of Walmart International, prior to her retirement in January of 2024. In her previous role, Ms. McKenna was responsible for all aspects of Walmart’s business outside of the United States. Judith McKenna was extended a warm welcome from Delta’s non-executive Chair of the Board, David Taylor. He speaks positively on Judith’s leadership, passion and care for customers, and managerial experience. Judith McKenna served as Walmart International’s CEO for 6 years from 2018 to 2024. Judith’s education is from the University of Hull in England as well as KPMG where she obtained a law degree, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales accounting qualification, and an honorary doctorate in law.
